I have been at the studio all week all day. RVK is like a winter wonderland, covered in a very thick layer of snow. Just like when we were kids...

The talk will be about steetart & grafftiti: the story and the artist. For that I have been updating myself and came across this documentary. Finally! The site is updated and the new year-2012 can begin.
New year vows: Be better in all ways and update this website more often with all sorts off stuff I like.

Last year was a ride. I spent the first months in south India, Auroville. Drawing, swimming, riding the motorbike and enjoying life. Anita and Josh at Pitchandikulam (http://www.pitchandikulamforest.org) and Axel and Sonja at Angiras Garden, to them I am ever so gratefull for all their support and friendship.

Here is a small video from the trip my man and I made. We travelled from Dehli to the Himalayas (Malana-Hampta Pass-Vashish), then down south to the holy city, Varanasi, ending in Pondicherry and Auroville.

After my return back home to Iceland many things have taken place. You can see some of it on the web site. I guess my time at Galtarviti stands somewhat out. I gained few new friends, had the privalegde to be out of touch with the outside world, only meeting wonderfull people that came to visit the lighthouse. Check it out - Galtarviti

Back in RVK-city, I did a few projects, moved into a wondefull new home and got a dream offer for a solo show in the Art museum of Iceland. The exhibition will open in the beginning of 2013. All my energy has been spent planning and working on that show, along with all sorts of different projects. For example, app for Iphone and Android Phones. It is a plant educational application, meant to teach all ages about local plants and how to define them. This project is led and developed by Sigmundur Helgi Brink in collaboration with the Dr. Hörður Kristinsson, a leading expert in plant taxonomy.
